  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 cups cooked white rice or pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
