Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 300 grams macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook macaroni according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
