Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 300 grams Green beans
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Trim the green beans and cut them into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 3

Finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set the sauce mixture aside.

Step 5

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Add the chicken strips to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
