  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sage (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
  • 2 large Eggs

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and cover with 8 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool slightly. Shred the chicken into small pieces using two forks. Set aside.
