  • 0.75 cup couscous
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
