  • 300 grams Chicken breast
  • 150 grams Sweet corn
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 pieces Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 large Egg
  • 250 milliliters Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by finely mincing the chicken breast into small pieces.

Step 2

Chop the green onions into thin slices and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, sweet corn, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean work surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture close to one corner of the wrapper.

Fold the corner over the filling, then fold the sides towards the center, and roll up tightly until you have a neat roll.

Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
