  • 8 pieces small tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 piece lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 piece avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Dice the chicken thighs into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
