Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
