  • 3 cups Cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups Celery (sliced)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set it aside.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced celery and diced onion, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until softened. Remove from heat.
