Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 120 grams Camembert cheese
  • 100 grams Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 4 tablespoons Cranberry sauce
  • 1 piece Egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly before slicing into thin strips.

Cut the Camembert cheese into small, bite-sized pieces.

Lay out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into two equal squares, creating four squares in total.
