Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the chicken strips to the skillet and stir fry until they are cooked through and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
