Ingredients

  • 12 ounces egg noodles

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and the garlic powder on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest. Once cooled slightly, slice into thin strips.
