  • 4 pieces Loaf of ciabatta or crusty sandwich rolls
  • 200 grams Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Baby arugula
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Set aside to cool slightly.
