  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh and chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on the outside and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
