  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Minced red onion
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled queso fresco (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
