  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Rustic bread slices

Directions

Step 1

Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown.

Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing them diagonally into thin strips.

In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
