  • 12 spears Asparagus

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Tortillas (large, 10-inch)
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated in the seasoning.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, but not fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
