Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing the baking dish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, Alfredo sauce, thawed peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
