  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Whole milk
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breast with 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.25 teaspoon black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken and set aside to rest.
