  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips (vegan, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the chia seeds, almond flour, rolled oats, cocoa powder, plant-based protein powder, and pitted Medjool dates. Pulse until the mixture forms a uniform crumbly texture.

Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Pulse again until the mixture begins to stick together.
