Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Toasted O-shaped oat cereal
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sprinkles (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray. Set it aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and toasted O-shaped oat cereal. Toss gently to mix and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows.

Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth, then remove the saucepan from heat.
