Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems carefully and set them aside. Place the mushroom caps hollow side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside.
