Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray or butter.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter.

Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and stir constantly until the white chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.
