Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Set aside.

Step 2

Place the cooled coffee in a shallow dish. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for 1-2 seconds, ensuring they are slightly soaked but not soggy. Cut the ladyfingers in half to fit into serving glasses if needed.
