Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or similar-sized oven-safe dish and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cherries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Toss until the fruits are evenly coated. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
