Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.75 cups Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups Red and green candied cherries
  • 0.5 cups Sweetened shredded coconut (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter mixture. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and can hold their shape when pressed together.

Reserve about 1/2 cup of the graham cracker mixture for topping and press the remaining mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even crust.

In another large bowl, toss the mini marshmallows and candied cherries together to distribute them evenly.
