Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 4 pieces ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Add the frozen cherries to a blender.

Step 2

Peel the banana, break it into chunks, and add it to the blender.

Step 3

Spoon in the vanilla Greek yogurt.

Step 4

Pour in the almond milk (or your preferred milk) to help blend all the ingredients.

Step 5

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.

Add the ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
