  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 24 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
