  • 800 grams Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
