  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 15-ounce can, drained and rinsed Canned cannellini beans
  • 1 14.5-ounce can, with juices Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 half-cup plus 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (optional, for garnish) Chopped fresh parsley or chives

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.
