Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
