Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 pound Smoked sausage
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Set aside.

Step 3

Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch pieces. Set aside.

Chop the yellow onion and mince the garlic.

Step 5

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and become slightly crispy.
