  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
