Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams Button mushrooms
  • 100 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
