Ingredients

  • 500 g Button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Clean the mushrooms with a damp towel and slice them evenly.

Step 3

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1 minute.
