Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
