  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well using your hands or a large spoon until all ingredients are combined evenly.

Transfer half of the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press it down to create an even layer.
