  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 cup tortilla chips, for garnish
  • 0.5 cup extra shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced jalapeño. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
