Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1.5 cups Sour cream
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Crushed cornflakes (optional topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
