Ingredients

  • 32 oz Frozen shredded hash browns
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Lightly grease the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced onion. Mix until evenly distributed.
