  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring to combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
