Ingredients

  • 8 pieces (1 can) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 sticks, halved mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Unroll the crescent roll dough into 8 separate triangles on a clean surface.

Step 3

Take the mozzarella cheese sticks and cut each in half, giving you 8 pieces. Place one cheese piece at the wide end of each triangle of dough.

Step 4

Roll the dough around the cheese, starting at the wide end and working toward the tip. Pinch the sides to seal the cheese inside.

Step 5

Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.

Step 6

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds.

Step 7

Stir the minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt into the melted butter.

Step 8

Using a pastry brush, generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of each crescent roll.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and puffed.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
