Ingredients

  • 500 grams Potatoes
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 200 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.

Step 2

Grate the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, then mix them into the mashed potatoes.

Step 3

Season the potato mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly and allow to cool slightly.

Step 4

Shape the mashed potato mixture into small cylinders or balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Step 5

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
