  • 6 large (about 2.5 lbs) Russet potatoes
  • 2 cups, shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces, softened Cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons, melted Butter
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

Spray the inside of a crock pot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 3

Place the cubed potatoes into the crock pot.

Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
