  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 assorted Optional toppings: diced onion, jalapeños, mustard, or sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium heat.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook the beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
