  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. (The chicken does not need to be fully cooked at this stage.) Remove the chicken and set aside.
