  • 0.25 teaspoons chili powder (optional)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 0.5 cup guacamole (for serving)
  • 0.5 cup salsa (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Shred the cooked chicken into small pieces using two forks or your hands.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salt, black pepper, and chili powder (if using).

Step 3

Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Step 4

Place a tortilla on a clean surface. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/8 cup of Monterey Jack cheese evenly across the tortilla.

Add approximately 1/4 of the shredded chicken on top of the cheese layer.
