Ingredients

  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups divided sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (canned)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 0 non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken or turkey, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, peas and carrots, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
