  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips, about 1-inch wide and 3-4 inches long.

Grate the Cheddar cheese and set it aside.

Place the chicken strips on a clean cutting board. Make a small slit in the middle of each strip to create a pocket, being careful not to cut through the entire piece.

Stuff each chicken pocket with a pinch of grated Cheddar cheese, gently pressing the edges to seal it in.
