  • 2.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups Frozen peas and carrots
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Cook the rice: In a medium pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add the rice, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until the rice is tender. Set aside.
